How do you apply the 3D Hydra Lip Gloss? Use the handy flocked applicator to apply the product to your lips, starting from the inside and working outwards. How do you create a lip combo with the lip gloss? Prepare your lips by exfoliating and moisturising them. Then outline your lips with a lip pencil, blending inwards to create depth, before applying your lip gloss. Choose a tone-on-tone lip combo for a natural effect or a slightly darker lip pencil for extra definition and volume. Can you use the lip gloss over lipstick? Yes, you can apply the lip gloss over your lipstick, for extra shine and volume. Apply a small amount, focusing on the centre of the lips, to create a fuller look and prevent smudging. Remember that if you apply it over a matte lipstick, it may reduce its hold.
