Eye primer is used to create an even base on the eyelid, improve makeup longevity and intensify eyeshadow colour while preventing product from settling into creases.
Eye primer is applied after face cream or eye cream and before eyeshadow or eyeliner. A small amount is enough, applied with fingers or a flat brush.
To choose the right eye primer, follow these tips: if you want an invisible base and longer-lasting eyeshadow, choose a neutral eye primer; if you prefer a brighter eye contour and enhanced eyeshadow payoff, choose a pearly, illuminating eye primer.
